OUR STORY

Salute Yourself began with a simple truth: most people spend their lives showing love to others but forget to give any to themselves.

We cheer for our friends.
We compliment our peers.
We encourage the people around us.

But how often do we pause and tell ourselves:
You’re doing good.”
You look good today.”
You deserve to feel proud.”

Built by 6, a hip-hop artist from Vallejo now in the Las Vegas Valley, Salute Yourself is for the everyday person — the ones who get up, try again, and keep going. It’s a reminder to honor your effort and your journey exactly as and you are.

HOW IT STARTED

The idea began as a personal shift.

6 realized how naturally we uplift others but overlook our own effort. He noticed how quick we are to tell someone else they’re doing great — yet rarely stop to acknowledge ourselves in the same way. He started offering himself the same recognition he gave to others:
encouragement, appreciation, pride.

Just simple reminders like—you're trying, you're showing up, you're getting through it.

That change created clarity: everyone deserves that moment.

He wanted to turn that feeling into something people could carry with them — a simple, powerful message you can wear that reminds you every day:

You’re going after it | You’re moving forward | You deserve to SALUTE YOURSELF.

What started as a mindset became something bigger —

a message → a movement → a brand created to uplift everyday people.

MEET THE FOUNDER- 6

6 is a hip-hop artist from Vallejo, CA and on a mission to bring fun, confidence, and authenticity back into the culture.

His music brings the energy | His brand brings the meaning.

As an artist, he’s seen firsthand how hard people work, how much they carry, and how rarely they hear that they’re doing a good job. He created Salute Yourself as a reminder that you don’t need permission to feel proud.

To him, success isn’t measured by perfection — it’s measured by presence.
BY TRYING | BY GROWING | BY SHOWING UP

You're doing good- SALUTE YOURSELF
